RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you are able to return your items within 28 days after they are delivered. Sadly, we do not offer an exchange service.

If your item has been worn or protective packaging has been removed then your return will not be accepted. We cannot accept unwanted returns on any products that have been personalised. We are also not able to accept unwanted returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method.

UK RETURNS POLICY

Complimentary UK Returns Instructions

1.    Complete the returns form included within your order

2.    Carefully package your return

3.    Go the official Post Office website here and complete the following steps:


i.      Select Olivia Burton from the retailer list

ii.      Create and print your returns label

iii.      Take your item to the Post Office 

 

4.    Take note of your tracking number for reference

5.    You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

International Returns Instructions

1.    Please contact our Customer Care team to obtain a returns authorisation number before returning your order

2.    Complete the returns form included within your order

3.    Carefully package your return and send your order to the address below

4.    We do recommend using a recorded service to return your order as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged before they reach the studio

You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed

Please note that if you reside outside of the EU your purchase may be liable to import taxes and duties. If you return your item to us, we are unable to refund any of these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further details as they may be able to help advise further. Please send your item using a recorded delivery service and ensure it is adequately insured, as we cannot accept any liability for parcels lost in transit. 


OLIVIA BURTON EVENT RETURNS

Please note that any Olivia Burton events are non-refundable. The cost of events does not include any transportation to or from the event unless otherwise stated. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances by Olivia Burton, a full refund will be issued. 

PERSONALISED GOODS

Our personalised watches and jewellery are hand stamped in our London studio to your specification. We do not offer any returns or refunds on personalised or bespoke made goods.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. For orders that haven’t yet been dispatched it may be possible and cancel your order before it is sent.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order to see if this is possible. If your order has already been shipped please follow the instructions detailed above for processing a refund.

FAULTY GOODS

Faulty goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six (6) months of purchase. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear is not classed as a manufacturing fault. Please contact our Customer Care team for further details.

We work really hard to display products on our website as accurately as possible but colours may vary and we cannot guarantee your computer, phone or tablet will display colours accurately.
