Digital Merchandising Manager

Reports to: VP, Digital Merchandising

Job Summary:

The Digital Merchandising Analyst supports the Digital Merchandising team in all aspects of product reporting, content organization and assortment planning to build strong global and regional assortments that drive sustainable profitable sales growth for Olivia Burton. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive team player to grow quickly in a fast-paced, multi-branded environment.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

•    Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly ecommerce reporting across all brands and regions.
•    Analyze data or insights to determine industry and customer trends
•    Partner in planning global product assortments and digital product strategies for Movado, Olivia Burton, Ebel and Concord.
•    Partner with Demand Planning team to ensure appropriate inventory levels and timely delivery of products
•    Liaise with marketing teams to ensure timely, accurate and efficient execution of all digital assets for global websites:
•    Routing approvals
•    Obtain translations
•    Asset hand-off
•    Close communication with creative team
•    Understand and track competitive brands and websites
•    Work with team on special projects as needed.
 

Qualifications:
•    4-6 years experience in retail or digital buying or planning
•    Ecommerce experience preferred-Demandware experience a plus
•    Strong analytical and math skills required 
•    Deadline driven with a strong business acumen
•    Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
•    Must be detail oriented, organized, and flexible
•    Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively with little supervision
•    Strong communication skills
