Tell us a little bit about your role in the making of Ten Percent!

I work as the creative producer from BRON Studios and have my hand in a little bit of everything – from hiring/working with the directors, to location scouting and everything in between to protect the creative integrity of John Morton’s beautiful scripts.

How did you go about selecting the perfect OB piece for each character?

Pam, our costume designer, and her team had such a clear vision of each character’s individual style… We tried to make sure that whoever was wearing a piece would be wearing it in an authentic way, like Zoe wearing a watch that was perhaps a gift from family so it suited her style.

What is your favourite OB piece on the show and why?

Misha’s bracelets were my favorite. I just loved the rollercoaster of the scene she got them in -- how touched she was that Ollie would have such beautiful taste, only to realize that it was meant for a big celebrity, but still seeing the effort Ollie went to picking out something special for her (even if he got it from the gift cupboard! It’s the thought that counts!).

How important a role does accessorising play in costume and character development?

The details are always the difference between something good and something great. Our actors all care deeply about the accessories and finer details for their characters as it makes them step into their shoes in the morning. The backstory of Julia’s little gold bee necklace being from her grandmother may not be explicitly said on the show, but she wears it every day.

What’s the importance of accessorising in your own life?

I am an accessories addict. You’re never fully dressed without shoes, but I feel naked without my jewelry too. For every day I mix lots of silver and gold, and for events I usually go for huge bold pieces – it’s a kind of armor!
