OPEN TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS WHO, AS OF THE TIME OF ENTRY, ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE SWEEPSTAKES RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE GIVING UP IMPORTANT RIGHTS.

1. Sweepstakes Description
Olivia Burton Store Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes starts on 29/04/2024 at 10:00 am and ends on 31/12/2024 at 18:00 pm (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Sponsor takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
2. Agreement to be Bound by Sweepstakes Rules
By entering the Sweepstakes, you are agreeing to be bound fully and unconditionally by these Rules and to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to this Sweepstakes.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes, that your entry meets all of the Sweepstakes Rules, and that all information submitted by you is true, correct, and complete. Participants and entries that do not fulfill all of the Sweepstakes Rules will be disqualified.
3. Eligibility
To participate, you must be a resident of the United Kingdom and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. You must be physically present at the eligible stores to enter. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or to win a prize: (a) employees, contractors, representatives, agents, directors, and officers of Sponsor and its affiliated companies and any other parties involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, (b) each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings, and the “steps” of each), and (c) all persons living in the same household of such excluded individuals.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, you must visit the Olivia Burton store and scan the QR code on branded marketing materials. Then, you will enter your name, email, & birthday information on our website link to opt-in and receive marketing materials from Olivia Burton. Only entrants who opt in will be considered as eligible entries. By entering the Sweepstakes, you are expressly giving your consent to receive marketing materials from Sponsor and its affiliates.
The entrant must be the rightful owner of the e-mail address submitted for entry. The e-mail addresses must be real to be considered an eligible entry.
Only one entry per person. If more than one entry is submitted, only the first submission will be considered.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
On or about the last day of each month during the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will randomly select 1 winner from all eligible entries, for a total of 9 winners during the Sweepstakes Period. An entrant may win only once during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners may be required to submit proof of eligibility before receiving a prize.
If a winner does not claim the prize or submit the required information and proof to Sponsor within one week of being notified, then the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen at random and notified. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notification of his/her winning entry.
6. Prizes and Prize Claim
Each winner will receive a one hour styling session with our in-store experts (virtual or in-person at the winner’s election). During the styling session, the winner may choose one watch and/or one jewellery item with a combined retail value not to exceed £500 . Total prize value not to exceed £500.
Winners electing an in-store styling session will collect their product(s) on site in person. Winners electing a virtual styling session must provide Sponsor with a shipping address, and Sponsor will ship the product(s) within 7 working days following the session.
All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically provided in these Sweepstakes Rules are the responsibility of the winner.
Each prize is non-transferable, and no prize substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
7. Publicity and Grant of Rights to Sponsor
Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes or by accepting a prize, you irrevocably grant, without any additional approval or consideration, to Sponsor and its affiliates, successors, and assigns, and each of their respective licensees, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and fulfillment agencies (collectively, the “Authorized Persons”) a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and sub-licensable right and license to use, distribute, and publicly display your name, hometown, likeness and appearance, and any other information about you that you choose to submit with your entry (your “Likeness”) in any way, at any time, in any and all media, for any purpose (including for use in advertising and marketing), without limitation (each and collectively a “Use”). You agree that you have no right to review or approve any Use of your Likeness, and that the Authorized Persons have no liability to you for any Use. Any credit or other acknowledgement of you, if any, shall be determined by the Authorized Person in its sole discretion. You understand that the Authorized Persons have no obligation to Use your Likeness or entry or to exercise the rights that have been granted by you.
By submitting an entry or accepting a prize, you represent, warrant, covenant and agree that you are the sole and rightful owner of your submission, that you may grant the foregoing rights and licenses to the Authorized Persons without obtaining approval or consent from or paying any consideration to a third-party, and that you will execute and deliver (or cause your representatives to execute and deliver) any additional documents deemed reasonably necessary or appropriate to perfect, maintain, protect, or enforce the Authorized Persons’ rights described above.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether network, printing, typographical, human, or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, as a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, you agree (and agree to confirm in writing if requested by Sponsor) that (a) you waive all legal and equitable rights relating to all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, and expense, including, without limitation, claims for infringement of intellectual property rights (including moral rights), defamation, invasion of any rights of privacy (including intrusion, false light, public disclosure of private facts, and misappropriation of name or likeness), violation of rights of publicity, physical or emotional injury or distress, or any similar claim or cause of action in tort, contract, or other legal theory arising directly or indirectly from the Authorized Persons’ exercise of the rights granted hereunder, (b) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, loss of profits, consequential damages, costs, expenses, or attorneys’, expert and other professionals’ fees, and (c) that any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to your actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter the Sweepstakes.
9. Privacy Concerns
Sponsor shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at https://www.oliviaburton.com/uk/ca-global-privacy-policy.html and in accordance with data protection legislation. By submitting an entry, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your information to process and contact you about your entry and for the purposes outlined in these Rules.
Sponsor may pass your details to third parties and/or otherwise engage third party providers in connection with the Sweepstakes where the third party is acting on Sponsor’s behalf for the purposes of subsequent publicity, marketing and advertising; for the purposes of sending you Sponsor’s marketing materials; and/or as otherwise required by law.
By entering the Sweepstakes and providing your personal information, you consent to Sponsor transferring your personal information to countries or jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of protection as where you live. If Sponsor makes such a transfer it will, if appropriate, put a contract in place to ensure that your personal information is protected.
10. Sponsor’s Reservation of Rights
If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned as the result of any event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, including without limitation due to a force majeure event or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes.
11. Odds of Winning; Winners’ List
The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries and will vary for each monthly drawing. Where required by law, Sponsor will publish a list of winners. A list of winners will be made available upon written request sent to Sponsor. Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Sweepstakes Rules, a participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and participants agree that all disputes must be submitted to arbitration (that being the exclusive dispute resolution forum) before a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in London, England, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.
If any provision of these Sweepstakes Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the least extent necessary to make it valid or enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced without modification.
